GENERAL PURCHASE REGULATIONS

I. PURCHASE OF THE SERVICE

The service is purchased as follows:

  1. SERVICE SELECTION. The customer has the option to choose the offered Standard, VIP, for children as well as Package Services – in the form of tickets, which are presented in the “price list” tab on the website https://www.normolife.com

  1. CUSTOMER DATA. After selecting the type of Service, the Customer proceeds to the Go to checkout step, where he fills in personal data: name, surname, street, postal code, city, telephone number, e-mail address. In additional information, he enters the preferred time and date of the first visit to the Normo Life chamber

Payment.

  1. PAYMENT. After entering the above-mentioned information, the Customer may pay the entire amount for the Service via one of the online payment methods selected below. The entity providing online payment services is Blue Media SA “

  1. After selecting Buy and pay, the Customer is redirected to the page that allows the payment of 100% of the amount via the Blue Media Payment System. Data is authorized by connecting to the Blue media system using an encrypted protocol. After the payment is accepted by the Blue Media System, the Customer is automatically notified by e-mail confirming the payment and making the Purchase.

  2. The Ordering Party Service will receive a confirmation of payment for the Service.

  1. THE TERM OF VALIDITY. In the case of purchase of a subscription / single session, it has a validity period of 6 months and the order fulfillment time is counted from the moment of obtaining a positive payment authorization, i.e. from the date of crediting the Seller’s bank account.

  1. In order to redeem the subscription, the Customer shall each time contact Normo Life, in order to establish the date of subsequent visits by phone (tel. 721 887 887) or by e-mail recepcja@normolife.com

  1. The validity period of the subscription / single session may not be extended, and the customer’s failure to use the purchased service may not constitute the basis for any claims against Normo Life.

  1. A service that has been arranged and not canceled by phone or e-mail at least 24 hours before the agreed date becomes invalid.

  1. The pass / single session may only be used in the Normo Life normo- baric chamber if it has free places on the date selected by the Customer. In the case of occupied places at the selected date, the chamber staff will suggest other available dates.

  1. SERVICE VALIDITY. If the cost of the Services is higher than the value of the purchased Pass, the Customer will be asked to pay the difference on site at the Normo Life reception desk.

  1. The amount / value of the Membership / single session cannot be converted into cash, either in whole or in part.

  1. SERVICE CHANGE. The customer has the option to replace the services for which the Pass has been issued, but only for a more expensive service.

  1. ONE PASS – 10 VISITS. The subscription for the selected type of Services may only be used multiple times.

  1. Normo Life is not responsible for lost or damaged Passes.

II. CANCELLATION OF THE SERVICE

  1. In the event of resignation from a partially used Pass, the 100% paid amount remains in Normo Life. Any cancellation of the Membership Card will result in the loss of the full amount for its purchase.

  1. If it is not possible to use the one-off Service or use the Pass within the time limit specified in the regulations, the Customer may transfer the Pass to another person, keeping the Pass date specified when purchasing it.

  1. A consumer who has concluded a distance contract or an off-premises contract and has not partially used the subscription has the right to withdraw from it without giving a reason within 14 days

  1. If there is a need to return funds for a transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller will be refunded to the bank account assigned to the payment card of the Ordering Party “or” The Seller shall refund the payment using the same payment method as used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different a method of return that does not involve any costs for him

III. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Customer is responsible for the correct completion of the data related to the booking and purchase of the One-off Service and the Pass. Normo Life is not responsible for incorrect data filling by the Client.

IV. PERSONAL DATA.

  1. When making a reservation, the Buyer agrees to place his personal data in the website database. These data will be used only to enable the full booking process and marketing purposes in accordance with the provisions of the agreement of September 28, 1997 on the protection of personal data.
  2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATIONS. Selecting the option “I accept the terms of the regulations” means that the customer roumie and agrees to the terms included in it. Failure to accept the Regulations will result in the inability to purchase.

  3. Detailed information on data processing by the Seller is included in the privacy policy posted in the Store.

The Regulations enter into force on July 20, 2020.
